Freq is a recurring villain in TWD. Freq first appears in the season 61 episode Freq Out. In this episode Freq is a basketball player being tutored by Shaq. He gets hit by a MLG ray giving him powers. Freq goes on a crime spree and is stopped by Shaq. He then joins the Octo 8 and later the Tender 12
