Clipart Guy was a minor character from seasons 8 through 13 of TWD. He is a clipart person and lives in powerpoint. He works at the Meme Force as Dong's assistant. He replaces Dong as head engineer when Dong "Dies" in season 13. When Dong finds out he kills him and pins the murder on Blender.
