Clifford is a antagonist in TWD. He is a ruthless drug dealer and gangster who has no toleration for competition. He first appeared in the episode Weed Whacker, where he goes around killing all other drug dealers in Dank City including the gang's Friend Jeb. After he has captured by the Meme Force, Clifford is broken out of prison by Lord Farquaad and is then asked to join Farquaad's new team, the Succulent Six. He is killed by Snoop Dog in the season four episode Final Layer Part 3.
